BOARDING:
The barn
has 32 concrete block stalls with a wide cement aisleway. Two climate-controlled tack rooms are available
for storing a tack trunk and tack. There are three H/C wash racks available for grooming and bathing. Feed and
supplements are kept in a climate controlled room with hay and shavings stored in a separate building. Manure is removed
from the property on a weekly basis, while riders and guests can enjoy a clean restroom. Security includes an automatic
gate, video surveillance, and persons living on the property.
The property
also boasts a covered, lighted arena with sprinkler system and an outside arena, each with a full course of hunter-style
jumps [walls, gates, brush box, etc]. Riders can also access trails which wind across the property.
Stalls
are 12x12 concrete block with sliding doors. Each stall has its own fan and light on individual switches, as well as
an automatic waterer, fly spray system outlet, and hay manger. All stalls have dirt bases and are fully covered by rubber
mats. Stalls are cleaned daily.
Turnout
is divided into five fescue pastures covering 20 acres from 9am until 1pm. There are two groups -- mares and geldings,
and then three pastures for horses who needed more limited turnout. Non-grass turnout can also be arranged in our covered
arena.
Hay
is offered twice daily and is high-quality Timothy. Other hays can be fed if provided by owner. High quality F-R-M
pelleted feed is fed twice daily along with Sho-Glo coat supplement and any other supplements provided by owner.

LESSONS:
Lessons
at Dreamland Farm are administered group style to foster a connection and close bond between riders. Lessons are offered
at 4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays at 5pm, and when no shows are scheduled, Saturdays at noon. Private and smi-private lessons
can be scheduled on a by-needs basis. Lessons are $35.
